Mamma Knows Parties was launched in 2020 by the Mamma's behind the Mamma Knows websites - Mamma Knows West, North, East, South and City.
Over the years, we noticed one question popping up time and time again from parents: "Where can I have my child's party?"
Families were spending hours searching across websites, social media pages and recommendations to piece together party ideas, venues and suppliers. We realised there was no central hub dedicated to helping parents plan memorable celebrations for their kiddos.
That's where Mamma Knows Parties was born!
Our goal is simple - to make party planning easier for families while connecting them with Victoria's best party venues, entertainers, activity providers, caterers, cake makers, mobile services and party suppliers all in one place.
Whether you're planning a first birthday, a milestone celebration or a party for your tween or teen, Mamma Knows Parties is designed to help parents discover, compare and book amazing party experiences with confidence.

How Do I Join?
Joining Mamma Knows Parties is easy!
Step 1: Choose Your Feature Package
6-Month Listing Packages
One location/listing $250 + GST
Two locations/listings $400 + GST
Three locations/listings $550 + GST
Four locations/listings $700 + GST
Step 2: Complete Your Sign-Up
Purchase your feature online and submit your business details, including:
Business name
Type of business - venue, supplier, entertainer, party planner
Select the region (or regions) where you'd like your business to appear.
Website link
Contact details
Up to 200 words about your business
Up to 4 images (square JPGs preferred) - we will email you once you have signed up and you will then supply the images
NOTE:
If you are a venue and you have multiple locations in different areas (North, South etc), you will need multiple listings.
If you are one entity that spreads over multiple areas - ie mobile party bus, entertainer business, party planner, then you only need to only buy ONE listing - and you will still appear in the areas you have specified you cover.
Step 3: Go Live!
Once payment and all required content have been received, your feature on the website will be published within 1–3 business days.

Terms & Conditions
1. Listing Term
All Mamma Knows Parties features on the website are sold as a minimum 6-month subscription period.
2. Subscription & Renewals
Features on the website are purchased via recurring subscription and automatically renew by the original pay method at the end of each 6-month term unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
If a subscription is cancelled during an active 6-month period, the listing will remain live until the end of the current paid term. No refunds, credits or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused time remaining in the subscription period.
4. Listing Content
Each festure on the Mamma Knows Parties website includes:
One business listing per selected region
Up to 200 words of business description
Up to 4 images
Website link
Relevant category placement
Businesses are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for their feature. Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information, images, pricing and content supplied for their listing, and Mamma Knows Parties accepts no liability for any errors or omissions.
5. Business Updates
Partners are encouraged to provide updated images, information, contact details and website links throughout their listing period. Mamma Knows Parties will update listings where reasonable during the active subscription period.
6. Listing Approval
Mamma Knows Parties reserves the right to edit submitted content for formatting, spelling, grammar, consistency and website style requirements.
We also reserve the right to decline or remove any listing that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with the values of the Mamma Knows brand.
7. Upload Timeframes
Your feature on the website will generally published within 1–3 business days of receiving payment and all required content. Delays may occur if additional information is required.
8. Social Media Packages
Social media packages are subject to scheduling availability.
Post timing, format and content remain at the discretion of Mamma Knows Parties. While every effort will be made to maximise exposure, engagement and reach cannot be guaranteed.
9. No Guarantee of Enquiries or Bookings
Mamma Knows Parties provides advertising and promotional opportunities only.
We do not guarantee enquiries, leads, bookings, sales, website traffic, social media engagement or business outcomes as a result of a listing or social media package.
10. Website Availability
While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted access to the website, Mamma Knows Parties cannot guarantee continuous availability and is not liable for temporary outages, technical issues or maintenance periods.
11. Changes to Pricing or Terms
Mamma Knows Parties reserves the right to amend pricing, packages and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future subscription periods and renewals.
